Justice Andrews, LMT

“I dedicated much of my childhood and teen years to competitive cheerleading, which placed significant strain on my body. While in college, I explored yoga and later discovered the benefits of manual therapy through massage therapists who inspired me to pursue a career in the field. Their advice and support prompted me to get my degree in massage therapy so I could help others with their own personal journey as they did with me.

With a strong understanding of stretching and muscle mechanics, I take a clinical approach to massage therapy and am committed to helping clients find lasting relief.

Allison Meier, LMT

“As a dancer with scoliosis and chronic injuries, I became interested in massage therapy after discovering how beneficial it was to my healing in conjunction with physical therapy and cross training.

The human body is a complex, unique puzzle and I understand how valuable a quality therapist can be. I enjoy helping others live a more comfortable, pain-free life and look forward to continually expanding my skills as a massage therapist.”

Michelle Morris, LMT CMLDT

“I was born and raised on a farm in Camdenton, Missouri just outside the Lake of the Ozarks before I moved to Springfield in 2019. I discovered my passion for massage therapy when I began to learn how, why, and what will improve an area of pain and tension in the human body. While muscles are a huge component of massage therapy, understanding how other physiological factors coincide are equally as important.

With the variety of treatments our clinic has to offer, I am committed to working with you and aiding your healing process. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of relief and a breath of fresh air!”

Alexandria Ashworth, LMT | Pilates Instructor

“I became a licensed massage therapist in 2019 and have remained committed to continuing my education and growing professionally. While I began my career in a spa setting, I quickly discovered that my passion lies in a more clinical approach, where the science of movement, anatomy, and manual therapy come together to help people find real relief from pain.

In 2025, I began pursuing my Pilates instructor certification to further expand my understanding of movement and strengthen the way I support my clients. My goal is not only to help people feel better in the moment, but to help them move and live with less pain overall.

The best part of my day is seeing a client leave the treatment room smiling and feeling a sense of relief.”

Eric Ashworth, LMT CMLDT

“I have been a local resident to Springfield my entire life. I am extremely grateful that I have the opportunity to provide a center of healing and comfort for the community that has shaped me into who I am today.

I have known chronic pain for a large portion of my life, and I know just how beneficial massage therapy can be when applied with the right hands and proper tools. I have also known how advantageous it has been for me to learn about what causes my discomfort and why. Therefore, I implore all of my clients to understand their pain in order to avoid future and potentially overwhelming afflictions.”
